My book hasn't arrived or is damaged. What should I do?

We aim to deliver all in-stock books within seven days and do our best to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. But we’re not perfect, so please accept our sincere apologies if there’s a delay to your order or if your book arrives damaged. For an update on your order or to tell us about a damaged book, please contact us on help@guardianbookshop.com or 020 3176 3837. We will replace or refund damaged or faulty books according to your wishes and issue you with a freepost address so you can return the book to us at no cost to yourself.
