Our house absolutely loves The Guardian Long Reads and wanted to share it as a gift, but the printed version is a letdown. Sure, one cannot expect coffee table book quality at the price point, but that is not the issue. Specifically, the super small font size and line spacing makes it impossible to comfortably read.

I really enjoyed this book catching up on articles that I had missed the first time round and re-reading others. Excellent

An excellent collection of essays, but at an overinflated price.

I bought this as a gift to my brother-in-law and now I think I'd like a copy myself. It's beautifully presented with fascinating articles that have been as well written as they were researched. It would make a great coffee table book for dipping in and out.

Enjoyed especially the ones with historic significance or about changing places both in UK and abroad. Would certainly buy again.

I really enjoyed reading this. I sometimes struggle with the Long Read articles on the Guardian website (short attention span perhaps?!), but having this beautifully made book/magazine in my hands really helped to keep me gripped on the stories within. The photographs are lovely too. Really hope …
